INCI: STEARTRIMONIUM CHLORIDE
A quaternary ammonium salt (quat) derived from stearyl alcohol. Used as a conditioning agent and emulsifier. In Rosette's gommage gel, it helps create the physical exfoliation effect as the product is rubbed on skin.
